Shipping policy

All orders are sent to dispatch immediately after the order is placed, which means we are unable to cancel orders. Please note that items may ship from different warehouses separately.

Normal processing time is 1-3 business days and shipping time is 5 to 7 business days after processing. Due to employee shortages and also during holiday peak seasons of the year, you may experience longer than normal processing and shipping times, we appreciate your patience and will be working hard to get you your items as soon as possible.
